WordPress, Posterous, or Tumblr?

I have accounts on just about every possible platform.

Both Wordpress platforms, Posterous, Tumblr, Xanga...the list goes on and on.

I've tried them all on for size and then abandoned some of them due to the fact that it just wasn't 'me', whatever that really means.

I tend to be picky - very picky. You should be picky. It's not that bad!

Over the last few years, I've had my eyes on three: Wordpress (.org), Posterous, and Tumblr.

They all have potential power, they can all be themed out the way I want, and posting to all of them is relatively easy.

If you need help deciding, here's a nifty little table to help out:

Wordpress has been the obvious choice for me even though not everything is perfect (inserting images can be a pain!)

I'm a bit of a nerd, so I have no issues setting any of it up, or maintaining it.

I can help you too!

If you want a more 'hands off' approach, Wordpress.com, Posterous or Tumblr might better suit your needs.

They're all great platforms and there's no wrong choice.

What's your favorite? One of these 3? Another?
