They don’t generate much money. They aren’t in your face. They aren’t flash.
The are, however, products I use (or would use under the proper circumstances). Products I would recommend to anyone, and are all flat out awesome.
I wanted to take the time to give a little hat tip to all of them for making my life easier.
First off, there’s Cloudberry. It’s the only program I reach for when I need to do anything big with S3. It’s awesome, fast, and a billion times more flexible than the AWS console.
Clover is a great platform that I haven’t used. If you want to build a website quick and for a great price – they can help. Their target audiences are churches, but I’m sure you could use it for personal stuff too.
The last 2 squares, help me on a daily basis, and I love them both dearly.
Sendgrid and Standard Theme.
Sendgrid is my SMTP relay. I love them because they let me send email from within EC2 – for free! I love the price point. Free gets me 200 outbound messages per day. I don’t need more than that.
Lastly, Standard Theme…is awesome. It’s a theme that I’ve used multiple times and never had a bad experience with – ever. It’s also the theme that powers An Altered Reality. I’d really suggest you invest in it! It’s an awesome theme, an awesome framework, and can do awesome things for your blog.

Kevin,
Thanks for the shout out to Standard Theme! We love that you’re digging it
